The company always meets its legal requirements for providing sufficient notice of meetings but suspects the shareholders are finding it increasingly difficult to travel to Perth, where Kimono Ltd is based, to attend shareholder meetings in person and cast their votes.

The board has seven directors. Ngan and Tony are the only two independent directors. The board does not currently have a remuneration committee.
