  • Plan two coaching sessions suitable for a group of junior students. The aim of both coaching sessions is to teach/introduce, consolidate and extend the development of a skill.
  • Consider the type of leadership you will use as you will need to reflect on leadership styles and qualities of a good leader in the reflection section of the task.
  • Choose two teaching/coaching strategies to enhance skill development (e.g. whole/part; chaining/shaping; specific/variable; accuracy/speed; mental/physical).
