Learning is an everyday and ongoing activity, where people learn continually from their various daily encounters and experiences. Moreover, this learning can occur in formal (classroom) settings, and informally (on-the-job).
This assignment is designed to assist students to maximise their learning and development from their internship experience, and subsequent later careers.
The assignment has two key components. Firstly, students are to compare and contrast different environments for learning, and secondly, identify how learning can be maximised in the workplace.
One (there are several others) good Journals to assist in this assignment is the – Journal of Workplace Learning (Emerald). See.. https://www-emeraldinsight-com.libraryproxy.griffith.edu.au/loi/jwl
There are also several Education and Human Resources Journals available to assist with this topic.
The assignment should include both an introduction and conclusion and clearly cover the specific requirements.
