Students will need to write a PowerPoint presentation that address the topics below and produce a voice over of the presentation.

  1. Which social determinants of health are addressed when working in community services.
  2.  Describe the principal methodologies used to assess, plan, and promote community health and well-being.
  3. Identify three (3) community welfare and/or health issues that may be encountered in the community health setting.
  4.  Describe policies that aim to address the three (3) welfare and/or health issues you have identified.
  5. Includes a set of recommendations aimed at addressing each of the issues identified in section three.
