Positive and Negative Team Influence
Prior to beginning work on this discussion forum, read Chapters 7 and 8.
In a 250- to 350-word initial post,
- Describe a workplace team situation where someone in a leadership position abused their power and social influence in an organization where you have worked.
- Describe some of the negative impacts on yourself and/or other team members.
- Explain how the situation was remedied or mitigated.
- Explain why no solution was reached in the event that the situation was not resolved.
If you do not have relevant workplace experience, please research an article that presents an instance with similar conditions.
